The Metropolitan Group is a privately owned Australian organization,
which commenced operations in the mid 1970’s.
The Metropolitan Group services
clients Australia wide. We manage our business from Melbourne and regional
offices.
Metropolitan Directors have over 75 years
collective experience in the provision of Security, Policing & Canine
Services, having pioneered working service dogs in Australia.

This further helped to ensure that regular business activity was able to proceed unhindered.
The enthusiasm and dedication displayed by your K-9 Detection Team handler Paulene Sullivan is worthy of special mention. Her strong work ethic and customer service focus are a credit to both herself and your organization. I am the Security Manager for AMP Retail, Knox Shopping Center and Knox O-Zone, part of our area of concern is a licensed venue precinct that incorporates a variety of venues, including bars, restaurants and nightclubs as well as a major shopping center.
ReplyDeleteWe had been experiencing some behavioral issues around our venues and in the car parks so we engaged Detector Dogs Australia. Kris Kotsopoulos was able to provide prompt and professional service in organising the appropriate canine patrols, which suited our environment. Since the introduction of the dog handlers, we have received favorable comments from both tenants and patrons that believe the environment has become safer.
We are still using the service today, and we are very happy with the professionalism shown by the handlers; both in the way they interact with the public and staff, and in the way they present themselves while on patrol.

In 2006 during the Sydney visit of Queen Victoria, Mr Kotsopolous was engaged by SNP Security to provide two (2) EED (bomb detection) dogs for the service of one of our major clients being the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney CBD.
ReplyDeleteDuring the period that Mr Kotsopoulos and his staff were engaged, the professionalism and customer service skills displayed was excellent. The staffs were quick to provide feedback and ideas, which in some cases were taken up by the client and our operational team.
The whole service was conducted flawlessly and the team worked well with the SNP staff and management on site.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Detection Dogs International for any other service involving the EED dogs and would be than happy to reiterate this in person if required.
